Service Desk Operator


-         Recording and tracking of tickets received from customers in ticketing systems

-         Request quotations and places the orders for spare parts

-         Provides warranty certificates when new devices are sold

-         Send offers to clients for different spares parts

-         Open new warranty claims in vendor systems

-         Records the new contracts in ticketing system

-         Prepares monthly reports for different customers and then send to KAMs or Order Processing team the info that a customer must be invoiced

-         Verify the monthly reports received from partners

-         Coordinate with logistic team the collaboration with couriers and preparing of packages that needs to be sent to customers/partners


Skills and Experience:


-          1-2 years experience as service desk operator

-       Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

-          Customer orientation

-      Represents a plus experience working with SAP application

-          Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset

-          Well organized, able to set priorities

-          Dynamic and good communications skills

-      English language
