SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role:

  • Install, upgrade and maintenance for laptops, desktops, servers
  • Provide support for multifunctional devices
  • Technical assistance for customers
  • Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products (Win 7, Win XP, WIN 8, Win 10, Office)
  • Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented
  • Perform on-site activities

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as service engineer
  • Service qualification for multivendor is a plus (Lenovo, Dell, HP, Fujitsu)
  • Proven capabilities for hardware and software maintenance for laptops, desktops and servers
  • ComptiaA+ certification is a plus
  • Degree in engineering or similar;
  • Customer and service orientation,
  • Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Well organized, able to set priorities
  • Dynamic and good communications skills;
  • English language
  • Driving license B.
