Developer Tools/Platforms support specialist

Role:

• Role is expected to be able to manage, update, and provide tier 1 & 2 support for common Developer Tools/Platforms in a high workload environment
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot access problems and leverage tools and contacts to determine failure points that may or may not be known
• Ability to balance multiple services' SLAs and overlapping processes and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to standards as well as the professional model

Candidate Profile:
At least Basic Working knowledge of any scripting languages, preferably:
• Powershell
• Python Previous working experience or knowledge of these services is a huge plus:
• Azure DevOps
• Github
• Jira
• Confluence
