- Install, upgrade and maintenance for laptops and desktops
- Technical assistance for customers
- Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products (Win 7, Win XP, WIN 8, Win 10, Office)
- Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented
- Perform on-site activities
- Follow internal rules of the beneficiary

Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 year experience as helpdesk technician
- Customer and service orientation,
- Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment;
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Well organized, able to set priorities
- Dynamic and good communications skills;
- English language
