SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role:
- Install, upgrade and maintenance for laptops, desktops, servers
- Provide support for multifunctional devices
- Technical assistance for customers
- Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products (Win 7, Win 10, WIN 8, Office)
- Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented
- Perform on-site activities
- Provide 24/7 support for some clients

Skills and Experience:

- 2-3 years’ experience as service engineer
- Service qualification for multivendor is a plus (Lenovo, Dell, HP, Fujitsu)
- Proven capabilities for hardware and software maintenance for laptops, desktops and servers
- ComptiaA+ certification is a plus
- Degree in engineering or similar;
- Customer and service orientation,
- Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment;
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Well organized, able to set priorities
- Dynamic and good communications skills;
- English language
- Driving license B.
