• Defining and planning the purpose, budget(or components) and duration of projects;
  • Conducting analysis meetings with the client or assisting him in identifying business requirements;
  • Development of project documentation (scope of work/BPMN processes, functional specifications, test scenarios, user manuals, presentations and other necessary materials);
  • Monitoring the Backlog during the implementation, assisting and unlocking the technical teams and /or  prioritizing the functionalities awaiting implementation.
  • Evaluation, classification and planning of CR type requests from the client during implementation or post-implementation;
  • Availability to travel (maximum 30% of the time) in the country and, occasionally, abroad;


  • Higher education-economics, IT, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in business and /or financial analysis provided to medium and large companies in Romania or abroad;
  • Good understanding of business processes, how to organize and operate a business; specialization in industry is not mandatory;
  • MS Office advanced level (Word, Excel, Power Point), experiences with other packages is a plus;
  • Experience in implementing IT solutions, skills in the field of databases and programming is a significant advantage;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
